Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable on delivery day before setup begins.

Cancellation: Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

Damage Policy: The hirer is responsible for all equipment from delivery to collection. Any damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

Collection: Equipment is collected the next working day after your event unless a specific collection time is agreed at booking.

Minimum Hire: 1 day(s). Multi-day bookings attract a 10% discount per additional day.
